Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and youAI. They cover how you can use the Service, who owns what, and the limits of our responsibilities. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
youAI is a platform that lets you import your own content, fine-tune private AI models on your voice, generate new content with those models, review it, and publish it, manually or on autopilot to connected channels. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use youAI. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. If you use youAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your content and the license you grant us
You retain all rights you already hold in the content you import, upload, or generate ("Your Content"). You grant youAI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. This includes training and running your models, generating outputs, and publishing content you approve to the destinations you connect. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual backup copies and as required by law.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that our use of it as described will not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Your models and outputs
- Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the fine-tuned model weights you create in your workspace and the outputs your models generate for you.
- Because different customers may submit similar prompts, outputs may not be unique, and youAI makes no guarantee of originality or that outputs do not resemble content generated for others.
- AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use or publish them and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use youAI to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights;
- Upload or connect content you do not have the right to use, or scrape or ingest data in violation of a third party's terms;
- Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content, or spam;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent AI-generated content as human where prohibited;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or copy underlying foundation models, or circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls;
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or use it to build a competing foundation-model product;
- Use the Service to develop content that facilitates serious harm.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations and may use automated and human review to enforce this section.
6. Third-party services and connected accounts
youAI integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them authorizes youAI to read and publish data as you direct.
7. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees, applicable taxes, and usage-based charges. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, underlying and base models, documentation, and branding, is owned by youAI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, youAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless youAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
